What do I get that Free does not include?

Advanced and Ultimate let you request new file processing, access KONTAKT and subscriber-only resources, and use ready download links without ads or a countdown. Free access is limited to browsing and up to 20 ready non-premium archives per calendar month.

Which plan should I choose?

Advanced includes 25 GB of new processing per 30-day window. Ultimate includes 100 GB and the highest queue priority. Choose according to the size of the archives you request; downloading already-prepared files does not spend this processing allowance.

Do I need Telegram?

Yes. Sign in with your Telegram account to link your subscription and receive processed archives from the official bot. You can browse the catalogue without signing in.

When will I receive a requested file?

Ready archives are available through their download links. A new request enters the processing queue; delivery time depends on the source, archive size and queue. Paid plans receive priority, and the bot sends the archive when it is ready.

How is my subscription activated and renewed?

For website payments, follow the checkout instructions and submit your payment receipt for administrator verification. Website payments are one-off, without automatic charges. If you choose VK Donut, renewal follows VKontakte’s terms.
